Variable: This can vary from no follow up to imaging every 3-6 months. This depends on the type of lesions you have. Simple cysts can grow but are benign. They are only acted upon (such as unroofing) to drain if large AND causing symptoms but i don't want to assume you have such a cyst. You should see a GI doctor or liver specialist to discuss what follow up is needed
