Yes: The slight variation in size of the liver cysts can be explained by differences in imaging modality. Ultrasound differs from cross-sectional imaging, such as MRI or CT scans by the nature of the test and operator dependency in ultrasonography. More importantly, as long as these remain simple liver cysts, there is no need for intervention.
