Mri liver cysts in 1999 7mm 12mm & 9mm u/s now 1cmx11mmx1cm, 7 mmx12mmx11mm, 7mmx5mmx6mm ap &transverse diameter are these basically same size?

Yes: The slight variation in size of the liver cysts can be explained by differences in imaging modality. Ultrasound differs from cross-sectional imaging, such as MRI or CT scans by the nature of the test and operator dependency in ultrasonography. More importantly, as long as these remain simple liver cysts, there is no need for intervention.

U/s for liver cyst reads complex cyst w/partial sepetation MRI reads it's a hemangioma. Which is more accurate?
