Scar tissue: Repeated injury can cause inflammation, infection, abscess & scar tissue formation. It's a bad idea to inject prescribed medication (example: insulin) repeatedly at the same site. It's a bad idea to use anabolic steroids without medical indication or supervision. You're fortunate that scar tissue is the only complication you suffered & wise to have discontinued this practice.
