A member asked:

I have multiple cavernomas of hypointense dots in all brain territories with chronic hemorhages. how do i know which of my headaches are hemorhages?

Hard to tell: Most of your bleeding in this category will be clinically quite silent, and I would use an anti migraine drug to help manage the headaches , which are likely secondary. If you have a severe headache with neck pain and stiffness, associated with nausea and vomiting, this would be a sign of more widespread bleeding needing rapid care.
