My neurologist said my brain hemorrhage stroke would take up to one year to heal. mri at 1 1/2 months after stroke showed approximately 1/2 of blood in brain had been absorbed. how long will my daily headaches last?

Unknown. The neurologist would be best to answer as your headaches may be solely related to the bleed, partially or totally unrelated. Based on the answer duration of your headaches may be estimated.
