Feet swelling most of the time. my weight is 87kg, height 5feet 8inch, age- 40?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many possibilities: The three things I think of that can cause your feet to swell are 1) blood vessel problems, 2) heart problems, 3) thin blood; To help the symptoms you can elevate your legs and wear compression stockings (or even soccer socks you can get at KMart or WalMart). To check for and treat the causes you'll need to see a doctor, who might do bloodwork, heart tests, and/or blood vessel studies.
