Hi Ed Hemogram test?: The obesity is not usually associated with low lymphocyte count and in women who are obese, it is usually elevated based on 'Metabolism' Journal report. Your other symptoms such as rash, itching may be related to infectionsetc. As other causes of lymphocytopenia include immune deficiency, autoimmune dis, blood diseases, viral or other infections, you may need to see a hematologist or immunologist
