What can decrease the premenstrual symptoms. ?

Depends: It depends on what PMS symptoms you get. Birth control in general will help control things. IF bloated, take something for gas. If mood swings the issue, then you might need an SSRI the days you have those symptoms. Breast pain then likely tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen.
