What must i eat to reduce premenstrual symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PMS: diet ?: Pre-menstrual sx are generally related to the sudden drop in estrogen at ovulation and just prior to the onset of a period. This is made more evident in later menstrual years because the amount of ovarian estrogen is much higher to force ovulation. This "estrogen withdrawal" is what causes PMS. Ask your gyn provider about low does oral bcp's, which can stop ovarian production of estrogen.
