Hello, my throat has been hurting for a few weeks, i sing but i have been careful and i've kept fairly silent. could this be caused by acid reflux ?

Singing with reflux: Reflux is a common cause of voice problems. Pills alone are not the cure. Must include diet, not eating before bedtime, elevating back of bed and others. You can purchase a wedge to elevate the head of your bed. A pillow for the neck will NOT work. See www.grossaninstitute for more suggestions.
