I constantly get these bumps in my pubic region. bumps are usually yellow/pus-filled, and ooze blood when it pops. what causes them & should i worry?

Folliculitis?: This sounds most like folliculitis, i.e. infection starting in hair follicles. This is especially likely if you shave your pubic area and the bumps occur primarily in shaved areas. An antibiotic might help. Depending on exact location -- e.g. groin, not pubic area -- it could be a more serious condition called hidradenitis suppurativa. Best to see a doctor and take it from there. Good luck.
