Generics: Have no idea what's available in India pharmacies. However generic medications are made by different companies and may vary according to different inactive ingredients, eg fillers, dyes. You may be reacting to an inactive ingredient in Rivotril or it may be less effective than the brand Klonopin (clonazepam is the generic name). Discuss with your prescribing doctor. Hope this helps.
