I am taking ativan and find it works well for anxiety. i used to take klonopin (clonazepam) and it didn't help. why is the ativan more effective?

Life's a rainbow: Different people respond differently to different drugs even though they may still be in the same medication class. There are plenty of people who don't do well at all on Ativan (lorazepam) but do very well on Clonopin.
