Drink enough, don't pee a lot. kidney, heart, liver all normal via urine and blood tests. kidney ultrasound normal. do i need 24- hour urine volume or other tests? no other symptoms but concerned.

Probably not.: if your blood tests for kidney function and an ultrasound of the kidneys are both normal, I doubt that your doctor would want to do further testing of your kidneys for now. As I'm sure you're doing, you should be drinking plenty of fluids. Contact your doctor if you develop any new symptoms in the meantime. Good luck.

Efficiency : What does not pee a lot mean? If you blood work is normal your kidney is efficient and is removing waste products. A 24 hour sample may not add much. Discuss with your MD your results and if they are normal enjoy that you have a effcient kidney.
