Uncomplicated: For uncomplicated sinusitis in allow risk patient, initially CT may not be needed and the fair step is to proceed with therapy, including abx, decongestions etc. In an event there are complications and or you have a complex medical history CT is needed. Loss of your voice is more laryngitis, and not the sinus. Take rest, see your MD if you need abx, may not need and take fluids.
