Interesting symptom: I've actually never had anyone describe that symptom before. If it only happens upon lying down then, the most likely thing that I can think of going on that would have anything to do with a popping in the throat of a "bubble" would be some type of ACID REFLUX coming from the stomach....maybe? Get seen by your doc.
