Allergies: If Zyrtec (cetirizine) controls the symptoms , then you are likely allergic to something at your workplace. You may take Zyrtec (cetirizine) up to every 6 hrs if necessary unless you get drowsy from. To find out what may be causing it, you will need to consult an allergist. If you turn out to be highly allergic to molds, then ask your employer to check for mold exposure assuming no chemical or biologic product exposure.
