Can i take both the z-pak and zyrtec? i have strep throat but i am also congested. also, eye socket pressure, earache, and scalp pain, all on the right side. could all be related?

It is not dangerous to take together but if you have an infection in your sinuses, antihistamines can dry thing up too much. You need flush/moisture. Inflammation is what is causing the pain, try something like antiinflammatory which helps more than antihistamine.
