I have an 8cm hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary and a 1.4cm uterine fibroid. will this affect my fertility? if i get pregnant will i miscarry?

No way to know : A 1.4 cm fibroid should not cause problems unless implantation occurs just over it. The location of the fibroid makes a difference. The 8 cm hemorrhagic cyst should resolve and is only a problem if it ruptures and causes internal hemorrhaging or if it twists and cuts off the blood flow to the ovary. Somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 of pregnancies end in miscarriage so even without these you can't say
