Yes: Lamictal can give a tremor too if combined with Lithium. Withdrawal from Konopin can exacerbate tremor (as dose wears off) Might want to check your lithium and lamictal levels.

Lithium side effects: Yes, it could be the increase in the dose of lithium. Fine hand tremors are common on Lithium but the other symptoms could be due to a high lithium level. A lithium level should be done ASAP.

Lithium and tremor: A small, fast tremor affecting the hands when they are held up is a common side effect of lithium. If this correlates with a higher blood chemistry level, it is possible you have found the cause.
