Yes: Lamictal can give a tremor too if combined with Lithium. Withdrawal from Konopin can exacerbate tremor (as dose wears off) Might want to check your lithium and lamictal levels.

Lithium side effects: Yes, it could be the increase in the dose of lithium. Fine hand tremors are common on Lithium but the other symptoms could be due to a high lithium level. A lithium level should be done ASAP.
