Too complicated: You've been asking many questions about your family member (father?) and his diabetes and leg infections. All this is far too complex for a forum like this, especially within a 400 character limit. His infections are slow in clearing and wounds slow in healing because of the poor circulation. No medications are likely to help. Continue to discuss his care, including surgery, with his doctors.
