Hormonal: I don't quite understand the 1st sentence however milky discharge from the breast and tenderness is hormonal in nature. Prolactin is the hormone and comes from the gland under your brain called the pituitary. You should see your gynecologist and have your breast examined and your Prolactin level checked.
