A member asked:

I have nipple discharge from only one breast that is larger than the other, no pain or tenderness, has been happening close to a year, what is wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If no masses: this can be ok, best course of action is discussion and exam with your doctor, to be sure. Ultrasound of breast, blood testing for prolactin levels, for example. Possible medication side effects as well. Breast size can often vary from one side to the other.
