I might have c.diff. i burnt my hand with hot liquid and it's infected. using tropical antibiotics and it's not helping with infect. what should i do?

See a doctor: An infection that is not improving requires additional treatment to minimize serious complications. See a doctor tonight or tomorrow to start that treatment. C. diff has no impact on whether or not you need treatment of an additional infection.

See your doc ASAP: if you feel that you may have an infected burn, you should see your doctor ASAP. Be sure your doctor is aware of your history of C. difficile, but if he does still recommend antibiotics, you should take them as prescribed. There is some evidence that taking a probiotic while on antibiotics may help in this setting. Don't ignore the burn. Good luck.
