Dyshidrotic eczema is a form of eczema on the hands that manifests with small blisters and dry cracking on the hands and fingers. It can develop as a result of frequent handwashing, alcohol based hand sanitizers and other chemicals that trigger the eczema. It is usually treated with steroid creams and ointments. I would suggest that you seek care, particularly with what has happened in the past
