Antibiotics: With an ozzing infection, it certainly sounds infected. Keep it clean, treat it topicallywithan antibiotic cream, and get into a dr.'s office for a clinicla eval to see if you require antibiotics to be rx'd by mouth and or a rx topical cream as well. Good luck.
