Can't say!: How do you know it is your ovaries that are hurting? Pain in the abdomen can be due to many other things besides your ovaries. If you have new constant abdominal pain that lasts more than a few hours you need to get seen fast. If the pain comes and goes and you have had it for weeks or months, get seen less fast, but soon! See a doc and have a proper history and physical exam & appropriate tests
