Anywhere in pelvis: Although endometriosis implants are often found at the bottom of the pelvis as well as on the uterus and ovaries, the pain can be poorly localized and located anywhere in the pelvis. Many endometriosis patients have no pain at all and some with minimal disease have severe pain. In many respects this disease is still not well understood.
