Rule out PID: I'm wondering and if you're having pain on both sides. One possibility is pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This occurs when chlamydia or gonorrhea go untreated and then cause infection, inflammation and pain in your Fallopian tubes or the ovary. This should be checked for and treated ASAP. Untreated PID can lead to infertility. If you have had unprotected sex please see someone ASAP
