Not uncommon: The sticky stuff you describe is seminal fluid. It is more plentiful in someone your age than someone older. You may leak a little after ejaculation and you are not alone. If you are manipulating your self after voiding this may occur. If this persist and you are worried have your parent take you to a urologist
