Spondylitis: You likely have spondylitis. This issues is best treated by a rheumatologist. I urge you to see one.

Further evaluation: You need further evaluation,preferably by a Rheumatologist. Bilateral sacroilietis is associated with spondyloarthropathies, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing. Spondylitis and manyothers.
