Not vert reliable: It sounds like you have multiple musculoskeletal problems. Sclerosis is sometimes hard call on plain radiography and easier detected on CT exam. Radiograph is two dimensional seeing superimposition of soft tissues such as feces in bowel loops over SI joint which can increased density. Also subjective area to interpret. Narrowing and erosions of joint usually more significant.
