Possibly harmful: or useless depending on the brand. You would be better off checking w/your doc to rule out medical conditiions and then going low carb and higher protein. Good fats like oilve oil and coconut oil and eggs are all good. Avoid soda and junk food. Brisk walking or other exercise is good. peace and good health. Tofu is high protein.

The side effects vary for each different kind of fat burner pill.
