R/O JAUNDICE: Although you are young you may have Jaundice from a liver or gallbladder issue. You need an exam/labs/Hepatitis screen and Abdominal Us to evaluate liver/Gall Bladder

Yellow eyes : Yellow eyes with pain abdomen could mean jaundice secondary to liver problems or gall bladder . You would need blood test ,and examination then start . Please consult your doctor .
