When i close my eyes & breath normally, i get sudden tight contraction with drop dizzy or vertigo like attack inside somewhere in middle part of brain, i do suffer from bppv so i am not sure if this is related, please help me what can be the cause?

If you are a sufferer of BPPV, I would think that added vertigo has something to do with your condition. See a trusted physician for further evaluation. I am unfamiliar with the pathology involved.
