Hepatitis?: You have symptoms of liver infection/inflammation or hepatitis. I suggest you drink plenty of fluids and see a doctor right away.

You sound sick: You should be seen by a doctor. Your description paints a picture to me that you are very sick. The pain on your liver could be hepatits, gallbladder, or other problems with the ducts that drain these structures.
