Immediate hospitaliz: Sounds like a catastrophic injury to the bile ducts at time of Surgery. You need IV fluids, antibiotics and MRI/ERCP and corrective surgery. Lesser causes can be Halothane anesthetic reaction or Tylenol (acetaminophen) toxicity. Both of which need hospitalization

Gallbladder removed 3/6/23. Before the removal my liver enzymes had been slowly increasing and are now ALT 193 AST 133 Bilirubin 0.6. Alk Phos normal. CT scan and US were normal. No fever. Could this be a bile duct obstruction?
