Breakthrough Bleed: Sometimes if your birth control pills aren't strong enough to suppress ovulation and your endometrial lining, it's possible that you'll have what's called "breakthrough bleeding" which is unpredictable and sometimes annoying. Not a huge concern though. A gynecologist can change the dose of your pill. It might also be a good idea to have any abnormal discharge examined. Good luck.
