See a doctor: This may just be an early start to your periods. However, colored vaginal disharge (brown, tan, yellow, etc) often indicates infection, which almo could cuase cramping and perhaps back pain. Best to see a doctor. Do it immediately if pain is severe or if you have any fever. Good luck!
