HokusPokusDominOTCus: There are many OTC medications to help with flu-like symptoms like cough,fever,congestion,aches and pains, headache,etc.(so many, in fact,that it is overwhelming).Most do a fair job at best. It's hard to recommend one over the other because it's often matter of what does or does not work for you.If the symptoms get really bad,see a doctor.I like Motrin,Afrin nasal spray,Robitussin-DM and Dramamine
