My wife is neasusa and she had flu like symptoms is o.t.c medicine help?

It's hard to recommend one over the other because it's often matter of what does or does not work for you.If the symptoms get really bad,see a doctor.I like Motrin,Afrin nasal spray,Robitussin-DM and Dramamine
