Dark urine : If you have no medical issues with your kidney then dark urine maybe a concentrated urine. The kidneys have the capacity to concentrate and dilute urine between 100osm to almost 800-900 osm. That is the tremendous capacity of the kidney , gives us the liberty of drinking at free will. So if you have no ongoing issues like diarrhea or fluid loss, your kidneys are doing their job.
