Depends: Dark urine could just be really concentrated, or at worst be a small amount of blood. In any case, you should have this checked out.

Dark urine: Dark urine can come from the presence of blood in it, or dehydration due to the kidneys excreting a very concentrated urine. It could also come from bilirubin in the urine. You should have your urine sent off for a urine analysis and if you have bile in it or blood in it, see a doctor as soon as possible to have a full evaluation of your the cause of your urine being dark.
