Nothing vs. somethin: It may not mean anything wrong. Certain foods can produce odor in the urine such as asparagus. On the other hand, you may have infection in your urine especially if combined with symptoms of urinary urgency, burning, frequency, pain in the abdomen or lower back, blood present in the urine. In that case, you will need to have it checked by doc.

Dehydration: Most likely you are dehydrated following your dental procedure as concentrated urine can be very dark and penicillin can make your urine smell odd. Drink plenty of fluids and if it persists see your doctor for a urine dipstick.
