Yes, A good idea: Taking a Enteric coated aspirin 81 mg (baby aspirin) every day is good prevention for heart attack and stroke and is a good idea especially when a person has risk factors for atherosclerosis, such as high blood pressure. Garlic is also beneficial for health.

Garlic: Tablets will increase risk for bleeding. Please make sure you mention use to medical providers. If you have history of bleeding or easy bruising would suggest not using it.
