Confusing question: Certainly taking a baby Aspirin every other day is safe, but your question is a bit devoid of context.Did your doc put you on daily Aspirin but you wand to cut back ? Did you put yourself on it ? A baby Aspirin daily has an anti-platelet effect that might prevent a clot or stroke. It is a very low dose, compared to what we use for other issues. You may be increasing your risks if you do.Call ur doc.

Anti platelets: The anti platelets are effective in managing tia. A daily dose is desired, however every other day is still protective, especially if you bleed. It is important to get all your risk factors under control to lower your stroke risk. Nicotine cessation, hypertension control, lipid control, diabetes control and ultrasound to look for neck artery plaque. Be well.

Recommend daily use: why do you want to reduce the aspirin from daily to every other day? i would recommend if you are hoping to prevent a TIA that you take it every day
