Grinding ?: Transient tooth pain in a lot of cases is related to tooth grinding or clenching. It's always best to see a dentist before it becomes more complicated.

Depends: Your problem may or may not be dental in nature. You may have sinusitis. You may have referred pain from one area to another (usually stays on the same side of your face), you may actually have more than one source of pain. See a dentist for full diagnosis and treatment.
