Yes: Rarely sun allergy can cause anaphylaxis, it is possible hashimotos thyroiditis can make more sun sensitive.

HIVES SUN HASHIMOTOS: YES. HIVES CAN LEAD TO ANAPHYLAXIS. AND YES, HASHIMOTOS AUTOIMMUNE THYROIDITIS IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH HIVES.

No: Hives is very common. Anaphylaxis is very UNcommon. Hashimoto's does not cause sun sensitivity. See a dermatologist if you have hives. It may have been something other than urticaria. Meanwhile you can try OTC antihistamine if you have persisting symptoms. Loratadine and cetirazine are in all pharmacies.
