Exercise induced: Anaphylaxis is often associated with ingestion of certain foods prior to exercise, such as green vegetables. What can be common in cholinergic urticaria and exercise induced anaphylaxis is probably activation by heat, still both have complex mechanisms. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) before exercise, avoid exercising in hot/humid environment, and right after meals,air-conditioned gym would be better,don't overdo it,
