SMALL THING ON NOSE: WITHOUT SEEING THIS "THING" THERE IS NO WAY OF TELLING WHAT PRECISELY THIS IS. DO CONSULT WITH A DERMATOLOGIST.

Go see a : Dermatologist. Non healing wounds van often be skin cancer. I don't see the lesion so hard to say but I rather you be safe than sorry.
