Same remedy: Each abscess needs to be excised surgically followed by antibiotic treatment. If there is a reason for you to be susceptible to getting abscesses, then the remedy you seek depends on addressing the susceptibility (be it a primary immune deficiency, metabolic problem such as diabetes, occupational or other cause for increased exposure, etc.)
